My chair was jerking as it moved, it had done this before. The tech showed me how to pull the brake lever up and then back down to get it to stop. I did this and the I did the screen said Brake 1 disconnected I have 34″ doorways which makes a tight fit for my wheelchair....

Received chair approximately may 2017. Within a month, chair would stop going down from recline position. Selling company replaced controller, sill had same issue. Thought it was computer, so received new chair nov. 2017. In may 2018, started developing squeeking, needed front wheel assembly replaced. Front tires have chunks out of them. Now, chair no longer goes...

I recieved my Quantum wheelchair in 2017 from National Seating And Mobility. I can’t walk but i can stand to transfer myself from one place to another. I used the arms of my Quantum to help me stand. Both arms of that chair has fallen off at one time or another and I landed on the floor....
