Incompetence
Hello! Tonight I had to go to the night pharmacy on duty in Sunshine Coast. Rehydron Optim was needed. I am familiar with this medicine because it was prescribed to me by a doctor. It seemed that the disease was going lrom, but at night it remained bad and I had to drive from Ikshkile to Sunshine Coast. We are a family with 4 children and there is not much money. I clearly knew that 1 pack of this medicine costs 0. 91 eu, because I had already bought the same medicine twice in two other pharmacies of the month. However, pharmacist Sandra Liepina refused to sell me 1 pack, I explained to her that they sell great in other pharmacies in your network one by one, and divide well into one pack, and even name the price of one pack. However, Sandra was adamant. For me, those herbs come with a mark-up at night, and of course no one runs to the pharmacy overnight without need. I kindly tried to talk to Sandra in every way, but I didn't succeed. In the end I bought 2 packs of last money, I needed money in the morning, because my wife would go to the store in the morning for breakfast for the children. I would like to ask you, however, to set a consistent system for your employees in the same way as medicines are sold, especially in on-call pharmacies, which should be treated with particular responsibility. If I know that the medicine can be bought for a certain amount, then I will also bill it before giving ten + kilometers to the pharmacy on duty. I believe it is your responsibility to respond to this complaint as it is 100% reasonable.
