The connection from Canada to the operator is awful. They can hear us but we cant hear them , so much statics , I have to hang up 30 times to have a understanding from operators, I dont know if no body tells them ?

Ticket refund requested in October 2020 and until today 01/04/202021 not paid. Too many times followed up and the call center always gave incorrect information. Every time different statement.
