Have no service paid for replacement phone in December all they do is send me SIM cards they didn’t send me the correct phone as they stated and I don’t want a ZTE phone quest I’ve been on hold for up

Have not recieve tablet and i got an email saying that it was delivered

I have been trying to call customer service. It said to contact right away if I’ve received notification that the tablet is delivered, and I have not received it. So I’ve been trying and trying even left a call back number but have not heard anything, and it’s been over 2 weeks

They have approve and disapprove me of my tablet and phone over 16 times yes I written down they have been very rude and disrespectful

They are a scam company and my people are digging into it sent them $50 for damage upfront and still nothing I want wat was promised or BBB will take over.dont sign up to qlink User’s recommendation: Leave qlink alone.
