Rude unhelpful customer service rep

Saldy agent id 8153 was rude, arrogant and yelled a lot refused transfer me to a supervisor was on the call for 1:15 min so far i’m still on the call he won’t even give me the after survey option. he muted me and kept me waiting an extremely long time he also used the term Yankee.... Read more➤

Replacement phone

The qlink sim card that was sent did not work when I took the old sim card out it said sprint and the phone is no longer in service that’s why I paid for replacement phone
