Poor service
As often as I visit, most Olaine mail employees have dissatisfied facial expressions and if they are dissatisfied with a customer's question, they are cut so that it would have been better not to ask. There must be some norms of behavior and service! Another specific case was, working 2 cashiers. As a pregnant woman, I stand in line for 1, I get to the cash register, I am sent to stand at the other cashier without any arguments, even though it would be normal service, to accept me and then go. As I stand in line 2, after a while the previous cashier returns and calls me back to himself. My self-confidence "spat" and I did not go to her, although I am pregnant and "it is easier than easy to stand in line" I kept waiting. Just a question if you are not satisfied with working conditions or pay, or just in a bad mood. Then please change jobs or leave your negativity at home instead of dumping it on customers.
