Paid over $400.00 for the lawnmower, only to have it delivered and not working!! Called and got no response to my call. The mower is now at a repair shop (which I will have to pay for). Very dissatisfied with this company and will never buy from them again!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from Pulsar.
my daughters bought new mower it would start then die. Called company for Warranty . Company was to look for shop for repair still waiting one week now. i fixed it myself the spark plug gap was wrong set it at 75mm. works like a champ now User’s recommendation: check spark plug gap.
