This is truly a major scam. Don’t bother. All they do is string you along.

It doesn’t matter how many times you fill in the FINAL code or Final action required. There is always one more thing to do. Always asking to buy, BUT NEVER ADDRESSES SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED- I WILL NOT BUY AS LONG AS I GET SAME YEAR AFTER YEAR POOR SERVICE
