Communication and attitude terrible

I had to hand over analyzes in UpTown, 88 AninmuiZha boulevard, was met by a worker with dark hair, unfortunately I don't know what his name is, I came with positivism, but I received blatant disrespect and bravery. Such intolerance of the elderly man, after the procedure hurt both hands and bleeding developed in one hand that his life has not been so. I will never, ever go there, but I will go to an ars laboratory, where there are very nice staff and the attitude and atmosphere is always nice. I understand that the staff is overwhelmed and nervous during the pandemic, but everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with dignity when they come to this institution. Cheers to all of us!
