Almost 2 years ago, two Nokia E51 mobile phones were purchased in this office. One, who is mine, works practically flawlessly, tfu, tfu, tfu, even though it is operated in cruel conditions. The second - the one that was used by my wife is used gently, always carefully, never fell to the ground, in principle, even today it looks as if it had just been removed from the box. The problem started directly with the carefully used device. A year ago, the microphone started to mute quite regularly during the call. We took the phone for warranty repair. It was marinated for more than a month. I was told that the phone had been beaten and tossed, so the defect could not be repaired, either for a fee of ~ 150 dollars. Of course, I did not agree with that. I soon got the "repaired" E51 back. For about a year, the phone behaved tightly. Recently, the defect leaked again. We took it to the 24.info store to request a solution to the problem. There we "kindly" explained to us that the phone could be returned to the store, only it would be valued according to some residual value. I did not agree with this because the microphone disconnection is due to a factory defective system board that cannot be repaired. This means that by buying the product from 24.info, you take responsibility for the manufacturer's defect. DON'T RECEIVE money or a new NON-inefficient device from 24.info! Before you buy something from 24.info - THINK VERY!
