My mother, a retiree, called Alek IK's master (tel.22177616) via 1188 because her representative was working in the washing machine. The visiting master did not clean the filter, but said that the water pump needed to be replaced for € 60. My mother refused, then he screwed the machine together, tearing one of the wires from the connection (the wire is firmly attached to the connection from above; it cannot fall or vibrate itself). Pity, beware of this scam.
