Car was stolen may 10. recovered june 30. August 1 and no repairs have EVEN STARTED!

FREDdy FLORES is not a competent claims adjuster. I THINK THEY ARE TRAINED TO DELAY RATHER THAN SATISFY A CLAIM AND RETAIN CUSTOMER. IF YOU SUE ITS DEFINITEDLY GOING TO BE FOREVER AND EXPENSIVE . WORST INSURANCE COMPANY

Claims department in Brownsville is a joke.

Mario the claims adjuster and stephanie the claims secretary or something are ridiculous i have full coverage and would not cover the entire claim that was made. Terrible process.. Had the worst service experience ever. Advise people to switch ins. Carriers before they have to make a claim.
