Pronto Insurance – Suck company ever!!!!!!!!!! O star company!!!! I was also stopped and waiting for traffic light on the road on 07/28/19, a man who was insured by Pronto insurance slammed into my rear end and damaged my car. He also said to sorry to hit my car back and policeman came to confirm both side information. Then I called Pronto insurance at that day. Only one guy called me back second day and promised to return the result same day. But no any answer for a week. I called Pronto insurance again after 6 days and no body answer, so I left the message for that. It pasted another 3 days, I still not receive any updated information. So, I call Pronto insurance with different phone number. The adjuster told me my case was exclude. The policeman confirmed the driver license and insurance. I also have the car VIN number, drive license, address and phone number. Even That, the adjuster said that the driver is not on insurance list. What a bad excuse for that. Policeman gave me the case number and policeman check his insurance and driver license. Then the adjuster wanted to me call my car insurance and repair by myself. What about the worst insurance ever!
