I need to know what is the tax percentage that I have to pay for my leasing

Bad buiseness practices

Paid acct before due date.they took another pyment out on due date.two pyment in one mnth for same acct.brought it to theire att.they put pyment back.then said i didnt make pyment for that mnth charged for pyment.added extra to current pyment to catch up ghost pyment was told what i was paying they took out taxes.
