I received a detailed list of charges when I cancelled my Progressive auto insurance. They owed me a refund check, but they deducted a cancellation fee of $75 and another fee called “other” for $2. Just thought it was interesting and that folks should know. I will never use Progressive again. User’s recommendation: Never use Progressive.
Progressive randomly has rate increases for no reason and doesnt honor quotes. They also have horrible claims handling. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!!! User’s recommendation: Run! Look elsewhere for insurance.
