Poor service

I took my gaming laptop to a Optus store in Emerald xl 3 weeks ago because I didn't shut it down, they said when after 1 weeks there will be a computer + I pay 30 € to clean the computer I call every day to just parasitize when I can go get my computer their answer in a week I think when I probably won't get my computer and I spend 1670 € for that computer and I'm only 13 years old
