Avoid Walmart dispensers.

Filled a 5 gallon jug at a Neighborhood Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona. Purchased Primo refills pretty regularly up until recently. Refill stations have been nasty looking and it doesnt seem like they are being maintained and kept clean by staff or the vendor is not checking these dispensers often enough.
