Senior pictures taken in February 2021. It is now May 13, 2021 and still no pictures. Each of the three calls placed to their 800 number told me to call back in 4 weeks. Graduation is around the corner. Still no senior picture. User’s recommendation: Don’t use Prestige Portraits in Glensmont NY.

The package was brutally torn and half of the contents removed
I sent a package of DHL from Germany to Australia. In Australia, the package has been brutally opened at Australian pasts and half of the contents have simply been removed. There were no very valuable or prohibited substances and things: one packet of Dalmaier coffee, face creams, etc. were missing. The packet was meant for my mom, a retiree, to help her with everyday things. In Germany, never, no sachets are torn or any items are removed. If iz questions about the shipment, then you have to go to the customs to jointly open and spot, in the presence of the person, decide whether the package is ok. However, this is a criminal case - just to tear it open and steal it, it is a theft by Australian Post employees. Such a disgrace to Australia and the disloyal, dishonest employees.
