This business should not be allowed to sell anything else until they fix their problems. Ordered more than 10 weeks ago with 5-7 week “fast” delivery item. Order placed over three months ago, Worst customer service, no response, no follow , no explanation. I would complain but the company just wants your money and provide you with no product., they cant even be up front and tell you ahead of time that the manufacture does not have the matieral to make your prodct. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH PREMIUM POLY PATIOS . THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD RELAY THE MESSAGE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND TO THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT. BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING, IT’S BEEN TO LONG.
