Tracking of my parcel not updated and taking too long to arrive.

Im waiting for my parcel with tracking number 3SJPVC0024301. I have already received parcels coming from Germany, France and Denmark that were all send out 2/3 days later than my parcel with PostNL from the Netherlands.
