Drive-thru time

Italian beefs were dry, not dipped no taste. Called the store to inform manager that my food was not dipped and the sandwiches were hard. A non English speaking employee mumbled and put me on hold for

27 minutes. The food was hard and had lousy customer service experience. I called several different extensions to finally reach someone that I could understand. The food used to be very tasty but now it is terrible. User’s recommendation: Close Down.
