Paid off my account

I came across medical account held by portfolio recovery. I was not aware of it until I saw that I was having problems with my credit. Anyway it was legit so I went into their office and paid it off and they were very kind and very helpful.
I was receiving several collection calls on almost a daily basis, and it least twice a day from Portfolio Recovery for 3-4 months. The would call my home phone and if I didn’t answer, they’d call my cellphone and vice versa. They never left a voicemail if no one…
Technically they claim they did not lie to me about no further legal proceedings, because of the dates… they filed suit on 1/19/2017… payment agreement on 1/25/2017 & assured no legal action/further action would be taken if I followed the agreement, I had nothing to worry about… 1st monthly payment made 2/27/2017, then they told me the... People we have all the power!! If this company is breaking the law report them if the phone calls are nonstops! If in anyway they’re harassing you or threaten you! This is your time file with the CFPB this company was put in place for us for unfairly company’s trying…
Two separate instances. 2005, I opened a 0% card in Feb, paid it off and asked them in writing to close account in Nov. Called in Dec to confirm paid off and closed – they confirmed. Never heard from card co again except mass-mailed offers, which I shredded and threw out in separate bags at separate times.... Read more➤

Fraud, poor service

Hello. More than once, a miss has occurred with this taxi company. First of all, I do not recommend companies to register with bolt companies, because if a mystery occurs, you try to contact someone from the company's representatives, but the only thing they are responsible for on your communication efforts - Sorry, we are unable to assist you. (problem - money fraud on the part of drivers) it is not possible to call this company! I called a taxi for my employee, he ran around the bastion hill in the cold to find a taxi and came back to work in the cold, announcing that he could not see the taxi. When the employee left, I didn't have time to look at the app where the dachshund was going when you looked - this is already a piece! I call, but he's already there at the party machine. I understand that every year I get cheated, but the driver told me to come in and return the money because I can't cancel the check. Of course no one called or drove! (I unfortunately did not save the number, because at that moment for such pleasures I did not have time and during the day I call a lot of unfamiliar numbers. Or, for example, the client is told orally that he has to pay 4, 50 dollars and then give a check, the amount is - 3.89 dollars. Poor service. (of course not for the guests, but for the most part) some of the drivers are very inappropriate. Employee (person in years) enters the car - 13.11.19. Respectfully greet and say goodbye, do not speak during the trip so as not to disturb the driver. The manager just looks at him angrily and does not answer the greetings. Then, please do not work with people in the service sphere if you are not even able to open your mouth and answer the greeting! When my employee helps the driver check, he is dissatisfied with explaining all the checks to him, starting from pl. 18:44, although my employee drove pl. 00: 33.
