I can’t remove cheese fro the pizza

Plus it took about an Hour to reach customer service and when I did he could understand French only so I just wasted 1 hour to get no Answer and had no choice but to order from another Pizza place. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time to call the customer Service and also directly to the store.

Bad experience with pizza hut saying one thing but when I called to get my pizza they did not honor what they said. General manager (Ms Taylor) was very rude and unprofessional.
