Wait 2 hours and got the wrong order

i waited 2 hours for my order. Once it arrived it was the wrong order. No one at the Pine Hills Rd Orlando Pizza Hut would answer the phone. User’s recommendation: Answer the phone. I want a refund.

Pizza was cold and tasteless ,sause was not served/catchup, also pizza was stucked with underneeth paper while previously we had enjoyed your tastey and warm pizza with condiments/spicy ,with catchup
