Poor service and troubleshooting.
Hello! It's been a while, but I decided to write this article, because this situation was unfortunately not the first, but I think the last one, because my family and I will not buy anything in this store anymore! I ordered a meat mincer through the rd website and the next day I was able to get it at the store at 28 Saules Street. I left after it, I was kindly served by their employee, but she did not open and inspect the car on the spot, but told us that we can check it at home and if what, then within 14 days to come and exchange. We only tested the car after 7 days, because it was a gift, and it did not even turn on, of course, we immediately went to the store, the salesman looked at us without emotion, we told him the whole situation, but he continued to watch something on the computer,I asked him what he was doing and could he take a word out of himself, to which he said he was preparing papers for service. We asked why the seller told me we could exchange it within 14 days, but he was now going to send it to the service if it was clear that nothing had been done with it and it would not turn on!? We asked to call the elder, at first no one came out, when we asked a second time, another employee came and said that it is a mandatory procedure and that it is not their duty to check the equipment they sell. Nothing to do, we had to wait for an answer from the service, two weeks later we came into the store, asked about the car, the same seller went somewhere and when he came, he asked for money or a change, we asked for money, no one even called us from the service. Here's what's new! So be careful when choosing stores! We were spoiled with festivities and nerves.When asked about the 14-day return of the goods, we did not receive an answer, that it is also not clear according to what criteria rd accepts employees and what are their responsibilities if it is not their responsibility to inspect the goods!? And what is the purpose of all their appearance on the website for 14 days and inspection of goods!?..
