Need my bed rails that were ordered back in September 2019.

Furniture was delivered and the bed rails were damaged. They took them back and had to order new ones. Weeks later they also came in damaged and had to reorder again. Never received my furniture

I purchased over 2 thousand dollars of furniture from wolf’s in state college, pa. My furniture was not delivered before the stay-at-home orders and pandemic and now I still do not have my furniture or money back.

Deposit not refunded

I ordered furniture and placed deposit then was called and told it could not be delivered. I would like my deposit refunded to my credit card and I place a $30 dollar cash deposit also. I would like a full refund

Bad customer service and fraud charges

Wolf delivered the wrong furniture. When I refused delivery, they said they were still charging me the $227 delivery and restocking fee. Why would I pay for the delivery of the wrong furniture?? And, why are they charging me to restock when it was their error? I called the store and the manager was abrasive and rude.... Read more➤
