I scheduled an appointment, paid 20 dollars to secure it, drove 30 minutes to reach their location, and got stood up. No one picks up the phone at their site and no one picks up the phone at headquarters. Disappointed. User’s recommendation: Try someone else.
This is the second time Im reaching out to customer service here. I am very upset with my service and now Im upset with the lack of customer service.
