This day, August 30, 19., I traveled by bus Irvine - Oakland with departure time at. 9:40, bus no. 192, hg5131. A passenger got into a busy bus, where he was a little drunk, but the driver picked him up. The passenger drove to the stop, but the driver did not issue him a ticket. The passenger was very unhappy about it and behind the stop code started a sharp word change between the driver and the passenger. Shortly before the stop, the driver stopped the bus and brutally kicked the passengers out the door. After that, he also got out and started a fight with this man. The passenger hit him, but the driver hit him in the head. All bus passengers saw what happened.The driver then left the beaten man in the ditch and left himself. Can the driver act?
