Not all items have been delivered.
05.09.2018. in the online store 220. US I ordered 8 products. Order no. 3579418. The total amount was 43.88 dollars. Soon the order was handed over to the courier and the courier came to me on the same Friday (09.09.2018). But the courier delivered only 2 items out of all. The courier claims that he has been given only 2 boxes. I still haven't received the other six items, the value of which is a little more than 20 dollars... I wrote to their e-mail [hide] @ 110.shop, I did not receive an answer even after 7 days, although their website says that the answer is 1 - within 2 working days; Then I wrote to 110.shop online-consultant, where I was told that I could only be helped if I took pictures of the barcodes on the packages. Of course, I would throw them out when I received the goods, why should i keep the empty bags... They can't help me, because the system shows that received! Well, and that they show up is not real proof that I received the product! Of course, on the same day, a customer adviser sent me a message stating that I did not want to specify whether I had received the goods. Funny, given that I wrote the same day that I had not yet received the goods. Would I lie about not receiving the product? I will not rest until I have received the goods!
