Threatening with bailiffs
In May of this year, I terminated the contract with Optus for the Internet because I no longer live at the current address. Optus ordered me to return the router or refund the equipment fee. Since I no longer live at the current address and am not on my way, it is easier for me to pay 8 dollars and get rid of them. Unfortunately, I did not receive the invoice, and when I asked through my team, I received the answer that the invoice will be within 2 months. Ok. In the meantime, they had already managed to send a threatening letter to the old address, threatening to attract a bailiff. I entered my tet - still no ghost. It's not really a normal attitude towards the client (yes, we are now clients at a different address), I want to pay for their old router, but I don't even give a chance.
