Poor service

I bought 4 tickets to a Reykjavik family trip six months in advance, planned vacation. Not a small amount. I pay 50%. 20 days before the trip I receive a notification in spam that due to the fact that I have not paid the remaining 50%, I have lost both tickets and money. A call to AuAir confirms exactly this, with no options to do. Yes, half a year ago when buying in small print something like that was written. The huge secret why AuAir, unlike any other service, did not take the next payment automatically or at least did not send a reminder text message. I feel like a legally cheated, very solvent customer to whom I can spit deeply. I hope to never use the services of these scammers.
