Customer fraud!
Optus acts very diligently without informing customers about many things related to connecting their services and concluding a contract with them. The website has one type of info, the contracts are different and in real life everything is different. Aumobile's so-called digital TV is under criticism - the quality is terrible. Not close to what can be seen with a normal room antenna. Hangs, twitches... The internet also often disappears. Money is charged anyway. If I want to disable some of the services while leaving, say, a phone then this is not possible because of the heavy fines. If a low-cost computer is taken, then know that by paying the amount you will still be a hostage of Aumobile at the moment when you want to refuse one of their services because,It turns out that you will have to pay the value of the already paid computer + some 100 AU$! which at the same time is not stipulated anywhere in the contract! I believe that such agreements, which are Optus's, are completely contrary to human rights. This is a clear violation of human rights and freedoms. Illegal! I hope that Optus is also reading these complaints!
