I had a mortgage loan taken once. Interest rate change - once a year. As a result, the repayment schedule can only be viewed and printed for one year. All commissions were paid at the outset. It now follows that the amount of repayment has increased by more than 100 dollars. My printout has one amount (printed back a year ago), but in Internet banking - another. On what basis, no one answers, does not call back. Attitude towards the customer - terrible!
