I have a subscription to people and wanted to know if the special additions come with my subscription, if they do I’m not receiving them.
That I dont know when my subscription will go into effect as Ive already missed 2 magazines. Subscription was received 7-12 -21 and note said my service would not be interrupted if I continued (paid) my subscription that day Please advice when my continuation will go into affect. I sent a check for a 2 year subscription on May 20, the check has been cashed but I have not received any issues as of today. I would like someone to explain what the delay is
Since march im getting magazine i never order while in a 4 month old email i hit the unsubscribe that apparently never went through that I’m still getting charged for. I’m not interested in your magazine’s and i want off your subscription and i want you to give me my money back on my card.

Fraud, customer misinformation
Employees misinform customers by starting with specific Prices for services and grievances, not to mention that these amounts are present at the end there will be another + VAT, which is not a small amount and should be mentioned immediately (that the said mass is without VAT). As a result, you will pay much more than you planned. We tried to find out why the amount originally agreed orally was very different from the one in the check by calling this office, to which we received unpleasant treatment from the employee and as a result nothing was resolved and understood. I do not recommend anyone to turn to this office, people do not have any ethical principles and empathy, to put it bluntly on other people's tears.
