Loosens suction going frpm the deep to the sho

No help given to correct the problem. Explained what was happening with the new system. The old system (two other units 20 years) worked great. I have followed the manual and still lost of suction from deep side to shallow side. The adjustments have been changed over 50 times and still the same problem.

Two months with down pump because have the parts. But keep saying they are for dealers however your dealers have no way to get the part your company policies suck to the highest level. Of stupidity

Replacement ring

DST 50, ring / band to keep tight around upper and lower to tighten after cleaning grids and putting back together, also lid for pump is needed to be replaced
