I can’t get help

I am sorry at this point I went with pentair. The wifi has never worked causing me to install a hard line ethernet cable. The intellicenter quit working about 3 months ago. I can’t get the service people to come out. I wish I had gone to another system. User’s recommendation: Go with Hayward.

Pool heater service

My spa and pool arent heating the heater says service needed and Ive called customer service 3 times and still no one has gotten back to me. Also my pool guy has called. My heater isnt even a year old.
