My money was tooken and I was ignored after when trying to contact some one

I was told to verify by way of phone and would be sent a 5# code which they only asked me my billing address and took the money never responded to me at all when I emailed and put in a problem ticket! User’s recommendation: It’s gotta be a scan avoid.
