I cant open my account so I can get my W2 so I can do my taxes can anyone help me out please help me
I have not been paid therefore all my bills have bounced and I am supposed to go on vacation. This is embarrassing and the worst type of service there is no account under my pay stub I am so mad. Something someone needs to be fixed.
They dont help at all Ive called and looked for every single way to get help with logging in again and they dont even answer. I left the company that worked with paylocity 6 months ago so they wont help me because according to them its paylocitys problem. And paylocity doesnt fix anything User’s recommendation: Paylocity sucks.
Never got a balance or talk to anyone because the prompts are so confusing. There was not just a simple “check your card balance”. User’s recommendation: Don’t call.
I cant ever login online to my Paylocity account to do the mods on my account. Whys that ? My company ID – works. My ID – works. My password-works. If not I wouldnt get the questions, thats what doesnt work. User’s recommendation: Get the customers a person to help them solve the problems.
