Poor service
Hello! I am writing due to the fact that today (12. 10. 2019) we had lunch with my family at a stenders in a pizzeria in Talsi and the service was quite, to put it mildly, terrible. We placed an order - two fourth sets and ice cream. Said we have to wait 30min. After 30 minutes, only pizzas were brought to us! Said "good appetite". After a while, the french fries and ice cream had not been brought, I went to ask the girl, who accepted the order, where are the french fries and ice cream. She looked confused, as if she had forgotten about our order. Said to wait another 10-15min. , we were waiting. Another 20 minutes passed until the end. And we were brought cold french fries and melted ice cream. We took the fries back because we said they were cold, apologized and after 10 minutes brought other fries that were lukewarm. I believe that this is not acceptable, if a person pays money for it, then also wants good service, with hot food. PS We weren't the only table to bring cold french fries!
