After a two-year contract, we have decided to opt out. The contract has also expired, so we have the right to terminate it. By calling and asking "what sanctions or how we can opt out of the service" we get the answer "we are not entitled to provide you with such information, our specialists will contact you!" The next day call from "specialists" and instead of giving an answer about the denial of service, they offer another 10 "advantageous" services and again do not respond. When you ask again if you have to pay for something, we do not receive an answer. Say we go to customer service and write an application there. To the question of whether something to pay is not provided,when the tone is raised, in the end we get the answer "no, no, just an application!" when we arrive, we write an application that we refuse the service and in the end we receive a check with the bill "please 20. 00 dollars" (the amount was 19 dollars with kopecks) the question was raised as to why it was not announced either by call or in writing. Of course, the amount is charged. We have paid for 1 month in advance, which we will not use, because with 1 date the service is already disabled. The attitude of the staff is generally destructive! Drive away from the table to go somewhere else to write! As a service person, they should help you write the application, not say "it doesn't make sense to write anything, no one will return anything for you!" I don't recommend getting involved with this company, otherwise when you decide to go to others,who provide better services at better prices, you will have to pay them parto that you walk away from them!
