Items not as described, lies about shipping replacements, terrible customer service!

Ordered a couple CDs, one arrive completely blank with no music on it, the other has a track list that doesn’t match at all. Let the shop know right away, and was assured that replacements would get sent out free of charge. Month rolls by and nothing shows up, come to find out nothing ever got shipped.... Read more➤
