Unhappy with my purchase

Shortly after the warranty ran out, I started having problems with the seat of my recliner sofa. Turns out a spring is broken. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Parkerhouse Furniture. It’s not worth it.

So-so quality at high end prices!

My MHIT#812P-CI Hitchcock power recliner is way over rated. After only 14 months of use it hangs up and makes popping noises while operating. At almost 2000 bucks for a chair, it should be built with some pride. I paid a local upholsterer to align it and he said most of the bolts and screws were loose.... Read more➤
