Won a piece of artwork on the Carnival Breeze and was told we had to pay for shipping. After an entire year of corresponding, the artwork has not arrived. Park West said it was shipped via fed ex but there is no record from either party what address this purchase allegedly sent.

Poor service, customer disrespect, wasted time
On Wednesday (20/12/2020) a monitor was ordered, the order of which was guaranteed to arrive the next day (21/12/2020). However, on Wednesday night I received a call that my order would be moved to Friday, I agree. A text message arrived on Thursday night, it turned out that my order had been completely canceled. When ordering, a guarantee was given - the product will come to HP, or a gift of 20 dollars. I was sent 3 dollars and hung up on the phone.
