Absolutely horrible company and customer service reps are the worst. They are rude and not helpful at all. When I asked for a supervisor I was placed on hold and never connected to anyone. Poor service, customer disrespect, wasted time
On Wednesday (20/12/2020) a monitor was ordered, the order of which was guaranteed to arrive the next day (21/12/2020). However, on Wednesday night I received a call that my order would be moved to Friday, I agree. A text message arrived on Thursday night, it turned out that my order had been completely canceled. When ordering, a guarantee was given - the product will come to HP, or a gift of 20 dollars. I was sent 3 dollars and hung up on the phone.
