My parcel was collected last month and was given a delivery date of the 08th April 2021 not 2022. Tracking system is just crap just says in transit!! Where to in transit I haven’t a clue. Customer service is just not customer friendly at all. Emailed a few times and told to be patient.

We ordered my brother's favorite chocolate cake for his birthday, with an inscription on it. When we arrived after the cake (an hour later than agreed) the cake was not ready yet and we had to wait 30 minutes. One by one we could see how our cake was in the process: whipped cream was poured on top of the hot chocolate mass, needless to say that when we got home, all the whipped cream had slipped off the hot mass and the cake looked nothing. moreover, we did not see the ordered inscription, because their employees forgot to write it. It is a pity that such a service seems to a well-known and well-designed confectioner. I won't go back there.
