Email about upgrade, do no want, was not upgraded by me!

Charging kids with tricky offers/buttons on free app and providing no way out of subscription or customer service via phone hiding behind emails and giving the consumer the run around in order to avoid unsubscribing and or refunding $ User’s recommendation: be careful with free app and dont try free offers, they are traps.
