I am trying to pay my bill so why do I have to subscribe

I was told that. yes I was told to pay. I was so I had to pay $5 a month for app and throw the replay on my phone and now you tell me that in order to keep his I have to pay $10 a month plus $5 a month for Pandora I don’t want it.
