Need to re think how your wine bottle opener is made

I purchased the wine bottle opener in 2019 and used for the first time a couple of weeks ago and trigger broke off. I know I can’t get my money back, but a replacement would be nice User’s recommendation: I don’t know if I would recommend as I only used it once.
