I do not recommend shopping at this store. I bought a printer, but after a closer acquaintance, it turned out that it didn't really suit my needs, so I decided to exchange it for a twice as expensive device. The shopkeepers took the machine to a service inspection, which took an incorrect amount of time in 14 days, only to determine that the printer was unpacked and not in use. The fun started after buying the second device! In order not to have to compensate the ink cartridges of the previous printer, they were replaced with cartridges of the new device that are identical to both devices. BUT when you connect the printer it turns out that the cartridges are completely dry... one of the service gentlemen will have replaced them with empty ones. In any case, the attitude towards our customers is very limp.
