He was courteous, and addressed both my concerns as well as compliments for the staff that performed as true brand ambassadors. I can see that he takes customer care to heart! Poor service
We came to eat, half of the tables were weeping reserved, we sat down at a table that was half cleaned, the waitress was unhappy, but really there was nowhere to sit. The food was delivered after 20 minutes, the order was accepted after 25 minutes, I brought a drink with old mint, we had to take the sauces myself (white and red) there was no taco at all, and I walked with an unhappy face all the time...
